1. Ordering

Ordering takes place online at www.playgames.dk. Once the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, or if you have changes to the order, please contact us immediately via email.

We will notify you via email when the item has been shipped. We will also notify you if there are changes to the expected delivery time. Stock items are delivered immediately after purchase.

2. Prices

All prices include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Danish Krone (DKK).

3. Payment

We use www.quickpay.net/dk as a secure gateway for card payments.

The amount is only deducted when the items are sent from Playgames.dk. We do not charge card fees.

4. Right of Cancellation

When you purchase a product key, you consent to the delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of cancellation once the content is delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act.

5. Warranty

The Sale of Goods Act applies to purchases. You have a 24-month warranty as a consumer.

6. Privacy

To receive your goods, you must provide your name, address, and email. This data is stored to fulfill the order and warranty conditions.

7. Complaints

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer center at kundecenter@playgames.dk.
